Want a Bigger Butt - Get Promising Results With this Exercise to Firm Up Your Butt



There are many women who are a little top heavy and some who are bottom heavy, and then there are some who are blessed with both being big at the top and bottom half of their body. Most women who want to develop the perfect body, traditionally, have the hour glass shape body, with just too much at the bottom, making the hour glass seem less than perfect. If you fit into this category and want to do something about it, here is exercise to firm up your butt.


There a variety of ways to get a bigger butt that will work, if you stick to it, the rest will follow. To get the positive effects that you are looking for it is good to outline your program with the exercises that work and develop a daily routine. Start exercising after your last meal to help shed a few calories. When you develop a good routine, stick to it.


The first exercise to firm up your butt is squats. Keep your feet even and close together. Keep your feet close together, you back straight and squat down using your knees and stand back up. Do as many of these as you can. You can also use five pound weights for a greater effect.


Walking or running up stairs and back down, is great. If you go to the gym and use their stepping equipment like the stair master or anything they have for climbing this can be an excellent exercise to shape up your butt. You can also you a sturdy crate that is elevated to step on and off of for the same result.


Stick to your program. Before you start establish a goal. Measure yourself weekly with a tape measure so you can determine how many inches you are losing for encouragement.
